You can cancel your reservation without losing anything up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Deposit Refund via Voucher:

  • If you decide to cancel within the deadline, the entire value of the deposit paid will be refunded to you in the form of a voucher.
  • One year to return: You’ll have 12 months from the date of issue to use your credit and book your next stay.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received no later than 21 days prior to arrival.
  • After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be retained as a penalty and no voucher will be issued.
  • In case of early departure, 100% of the stay will be required (as well as for late arrivals)

MANDATORY services NOT included to be paid on site:

  • Tourist tax of €2.50 per day, per person.

OPTIONAL services AVAILABLE, NOT included:
